Original Creations
All elements within this digital space—including but not limited to case studies, custom motion fragments, structural typography, kinetic systems, and the underlying code—are the intellectual property of JJJuly Design. We do not use generic brand templates; every system shown is a custom-woven asset engineered in our Svendborg studio.
Educational Viewing
Users are granted a limited license to browse and interact with our specimens for informational and assessment purposes only.
Extraction Ban
Manual or automated data mining, 'scraping', or reproduction of our design systems without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
III. Engagement & Service Boundaries
Our studio operates on a 'Fit-Alignment' methodology. We reserve the right to select projects that align with our technical standards and Danish design heritage.

Operational Boundaries
The studio explicitly does not offer legal trademark registration, server hosting management, or long-form film production. For these specific services, we may recommend vetted partners, but the contractual relationship remains separate.
Data Precision
All information on jjjulydesign.com is provided for informational purposes. While we keep our methodology updated quarterly, specific studio availability can only be confirmed via direct inquiry through our contact channels.
IV. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JJJuly Design or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the inability to access our digital services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, or technical errors outside of our immediate architecture.
